She is also a certified yoga & meditation teacher, Reiki Master, and holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology. This guided workshop is dedicated to empowering you to prioritize yourself, get clear on your desires, and start creating your most aligned life and business. You will learn powerful tools, tips, and modalities to start designing and creating your most authentic and aligned life, as well as tap into your intuition, regulate your nervous system, and create a framework that will intentionally guide you throughout the year.
