This workshop offers a different path. We’ll look at how your DNA can bring clarity to your long-term health, your day-to-day energy, and the small choices that add up to a stronger, steadier future.

You’ll learn how genetics can highlight where your body may need extra support, how to stay ahead of common health risks, and how to build routines that genuinely fit your life. Because when you understand your DNA, you can care for yourself with far more confidence and feel better doing the things you love.
